Mission of Geophysics Department
1. Improving the quality of education to produce competitive graduates, able to work independently and in groups in implementing and developing IPTEKSBUD BMI;
2. Conducting research to produce reliable and competitive scientific works that are oriented towards the development of solid geophysics, coastal and ocean dynamics, geoinformatics, and hydrometeorology;
3. Disseminating the results of applied research, action studies, and appropriate technology packages in productive activities that are synergistic and accelerative to improve the quality of life of the community.
